Bodywork Therapy

A Systematic Approach to Lasting Change

Structural Integration is a whole-body process designed to reorganize posture, movement patterns, and fascial tension over time. Rather than chasing isolated symptoms, this work addresses how your body adapts to gravity, stress, injury, and repetition.

This is not a single-session fix — it’s a guided progression built for sustainable, structural change.

What Is Structural Integration?

Structural Integration is a progressive, fascia-focused bodywork method that works through the body in a specific sequence. Instead of treating one painful area at a time, we examine how your entire system organizes itself.

The body functions as a connected network. When compensation patterns develop — from posture, injury, or stress — tension redistributes. Structural Integration helps unwind these patterns and improve how your body balances and moves as a whole.

This work is most often experienced as an 11-session series, where each session builds upon the last.

How Structural Integration Works With Us

Our approach is structured, intentional, and paced for integration.

Full-System Assessment

We observe posture, gait, breath patterns, and structural imbalances before beginning hands-on work.

Fascia-Focused Release

Sessions address connective tissue layers that influence alignment and movement coordination.

Sequential Progression

Each session focuses on a different region while staying oriented toward the entire system.

Integration & Education

Movement cues and body awareness are woven into the process to help changes hold in everyday life. Structural Integration is about improving efficiency — not forcing alignment.

Who Structural Integration Is Best For

Structural Integration is ideal for:

  • Long-standing postural patterns
  • Chronic, recurring pain that hasn’t resolved
  • Feeling uneven, twisted, or compensating
  • Movement restrictions that return repeatedly
  • Clients ready for a longer arc plan of care
  • Those who want deeper structural clarity

This service is especially powerful for clients who feel “stuck” despite trying multiple approaches.

Results You Can Feel. Stories You Can Trust.
