About Adrain Barrette

Areas of focus

I work with clients dealing with movement related pain, postural imbalances, and the physical wear and tear that comes from training, work, or daily life. I especially enjoy supporting people who want to move better and feel stronger in their bodies.

My approach

I look at the body as a whole system. Rather than focusing only on where it hurts, I pay attention to how posture, strength, and movement patterns all work together. My goal is to help your body function more efficiently so relief can last.

How I came to this work

Before bodywork, my background was in fitness and athletics. As a former collegiate football player, I experienced firsthand how repetitive motion and physical demands affect the body over time. That experience shaped how I work and how deeply I understand what many clients are feeling.

Techniques I often use

My sessions may include therapeutic massage, movement based assessment, corrective exercise principles, and structural integration support.

What I love most about my work

I love helping people feel capable in their bodies again and seeing the confidence that comes from moving with more ease.

What you can expect

You can expect a focused, thoughtful session that’s tailored to your body and your goals. Most clients leave feeling more aligned, supported, and clear about what their body needs next.

Thoughtful Care. Structured Progress. Lasting Change.

Every Body Heal session follows a clear, intentional process designed to help you move better and feel better — not just temporarily, but sustainably. While each therapist brings their own style and specialty, the foundation of care remains consistent across our team.

Conversation & Clarity

We begin by understanding your history, goals, daily demands, and current symptoms. Pain rarely exists in isolation — context matters.

Assessment

Your therapist observes posture, movement patterns, and areas of restriction to understand how your body has adapted over time. This helps guide treatment decisions with precision.

Targeted Bodywork

Hands-on techniques are selected based on your specific needs that day. Sessions may include therapeutic massage, myofascial work, neuromuscular techniques, or movement-based integration.

Progression

For many clients, real change happens through thoughtful follow-up. We help you determine a plan that supports steady improvement without creating dependency.
