I work with movement related pain, postural patterns, and clients who want to move more efficiently and comfortably. I enjoy supporting both people dealing with discomfort and those who want to maintain a healthy, functional body.
I focus on helping the body move the way it was designed to. Pain and restriction often show up when movement patterns break down, so my work blends hands on bodywork with an understanding of how the body organizes itself in motion.
Exercise has always been an important part of my life. As a teenager, I loved being active, even though I didn’t always move well. A lower back disc bulge eventually forced me to make a choice. Stop exercising, or learn how the body really works. Quitting wasn’t an option. Physical therapy and soft tissue work completely changed how I felt in my body and eliminated my pain. That experience led me to change my career path from mechanical engineering to exercise science and sparked my interest in manual therapy. After earning my degree in Exercise Science from Winston Salem State University, I realized movement education alone wasn’t enough. Many people can’t access healthy movement because of pain or restriction. That understanding led me to the North Carolina School of Advanced Bodywork, where I learned how to support movement through hands on care.
My sessions may include therapeutic massage, movement informed bodywork, and techniques that support better alignment and function.
I love helping people move out of pain and into a body that feels more capable and dependable.
You can expect a thoughtful, supportive session focused on your goals. My hope is that you leave feeling more functional, more confident, and better supported in how you move every day.

Every Body Heal session follows a clear, intentional process designed to help you move better and feel better — not just temporarily, but sustainably. While each therapist brings their own style and specialty, the foundation of care remains consistent across our team.
We begin by understanding your history, goals, daily demands, and current symptoms. Pain rarely exists in isolation — context matters.
Your therapist observes posture, movement patterns, and areas of restriction to understand how your body has adapted over time. This helps guide treatment decisions with precision.
Hands-on techniques are selected based on your specific needs that day. Sessions may include therapeutic massage, myofascial work, neuromuscular techniques, or movement-based integration.
For many clients, real change happens through thoughtful follow-up. We help you determine a plan that supports steady improvement without creating dependency.
