I work with chronic musculoskeletal pain, tension related to stress or physical demands, and clients who need steady, supportive care over time. I especially enjoy helping people whose bodies have been through a lot and are ready for relief.
I believe healing is a process, not a quick fix. I take a patient, long view approach and focus on creating sessions that support your body over time. My goal is to walk alongside you and help make your day to day life feel more comfortable and manageable.
Before bodywork, I spent several years in sports media production while also serving as a Navy Reserve hospital corpsman. During my service, I worked closely with fellow Corpsmen and Marines and experienced firsthand the toll that physical strain and ongoing pain can take on the body. After returning from an overseas deployment, I realized I wanted a different path when my enlistment ended. A simple search led me to the North Carolina School of Advanced Bodywork, and I quickly fell in love with massage and bodywork. I saw a new way to care for others through hands on healing.
My sessions may include therapeutic massage and bodywork techniques focused on easing tension and supporting long term recovery.
I love being able to offer care and relief to people who give so much of themselves and may not always slow down to care for their own bodies.
