I work with clients dealing with pain, movement restrictions, and the effects of sports, injuries, and everyday wear on the body. I especially enjoy helping people who want to feel more comfortable, capable, and confident in how they move.
My work is grounded in understanding how the body functions as a whole. I blend hands on bodywork with a movement informed perspective, always focusing on what will help your body feel more supported and resilient over time.
My love for movement and the outdoors started early, from playing sports with my brothers to hiking and competing in organized athletics. I was recruited to play baseball in college, but an injury changed my path. Going through my own rehabilitation sparked a desire to help others feel better in their bodies, which first led me to personal training. Over time, I realized there was more I wanted to offer. That curiosity brought me to massage and bodywork. Within my first couple of weeks at the North Carolina School of Advanced Bodywork, I knew I had found the missing piece. Manual therapy allowed me to support healing in a deeper, more direct way.
My sessions may include therapeutic massage, functional movement awareness, and bodywork focused on restoring balance and ease.
I love helping people find relief from pain and regain confidence in their bodies, especially after setbacks or injuries.
You can expect a focused, supportive session that meets your body where it is. My goal is for you to leave feeling more at ease, more capable, and better equipped to move through life comfortably.
We’re proud of the outcomes our clients experience — reduced pain, improved movement, and a renewed sense of confidence in their bodies. Here’s what they have to say about working with Body Heal Therapy.
I had a 90 min deep tissue massage with Evan today and it was amazing!!! I’m definitely coming back again and definitely sending my family and friends!🥂
Chris listened attentively and asked for a lot of feedback. He incorporated stretching which felt amazing. He also gave excellent tips on exercises I could do at home. I left... read more feeling relaxed and invigorated at the same time
I had my first session with Adrian for a stiff neck and shoulder pain. He possesses great bedside manner and really took the time to work on the root of... read more the pain. Adrian also demonstrated an impressive understanding of the musculoskeletal system. Loved that he explained what to expect from each manipulation- so I was never caught off guard. By the end of the visit I was able to turn my neck both ways and experienced much needed pain relief. Looking forward to my next session and continuing my wellness journey. Highly recommend this therapist!
Killian was great! I wasn’t sure what to expect but she was super friendly and great at explaining everything. I felt good after and plan on returning.
Julie Fisher is an unusually gifted body worker. I think of Julie as The Body Whisperer...she is firstly, however, a Body Listener. Julie's approach isn't your typical Hand... read more and Stone Swedish style massage or anything else I've ever heard of or had done. Rather, Julie's approach to healing is gentle, noninvasive and intuitive--the expression of an extraordinary natural born and God-given gift. Offering deep sanctuary, Julie places her hands over the heart. From there, she is guided by spirit whispering in intimate revelation the secret life of my body where joy, pain/suffering intersect. While Julie resembles a Marshall arts sensei (BTW, she is a black belt) her mindset and approach is more like a butterfly alighting an exquisite flower. Under Julie's guidance the messages from my body encoded in the language of pain and suffering are revealed and decoded. Acting as a co creator in my release, I am presented with a choice about whether this pain still serves me. Hydration and rest are key following treatment. While my pain briefly increases afterwards as my body performs it's healing work, the next day is transformative. Sensing a quickening in my heart, I emerge like a butterfly as if from an invisible cocoon. Metamorphosed, I am pain free and gifted a willowy body with fluid movement Responding to its whispers, I am elevated to a previously unknown state of vitality originating from a deep bidirectional wellspring of forgiveness, humility, compassion and joy 🌿

Every Body Heal session follows a clear, intentional process designed to help you move better and feel better — not just temporarily, but sustainably. While each therapist brings their own style and specialty, the foundation of care remains consistent across our team.
We begin by understanding your history, goals, daily demands, and current symptoms. Pain rarely exists in isolation — context matters.
Your therapist observes posture, movement patterns, and areas of restriction to understand how your body has adapted over time. This helps guide treatment decisions with precision.
Hands-on techniques are selected based on your specific needs that day. Sessions may include therapeutic massage, myofascial work, neuromuscular techniques, or movement-based integration.
For many clients, real change happens through thoughtful follow-up. We help you determine a plan that supports steady improvement without creating dependency.
Take the next step toward better movement and lasting relief. Book your session today and experience assessment-based care designed to help your body function the way it was meant to.
