I work with nagging pain, stress driven tension, injury recovery, and the kind of movement limitations that keep showing up no matter what you try. I especially enjoy helping people who feel out of balance and want something that actually sticks.
I take a calm, problem solving approach to bodywork. I like to slow down, figure out what your body is compensating for, and work toward balance from the ground up. My sessions are direct and intentional, always shaped around what you need most.
Before massage therapy, I spent eight years in the U.S. Air Force working as an aircraft mechanic. That work taught me how to stay steady under pressure, troubleshoot complex systems, and pay attention to the details that matter. When I shifted into bodywork, I realized those same skills translate beautifully to the human body. I trained at the North Carolina School of Advanced Bodywork, where I built a strong foundation in understanding structural patterns and how hands on work can help the body move from compensation to support.
My sessions may include therapeutic massage, focused structural work, and techniques aimed at reducing compensation patterns and improving ease in movement.
I love helping clients feel stronger and more confident in their bodies, especially when they have been dealing with the same issues for a long time. Hobbies: Outside the clinic, I recharge by traveling, exploring different cultures, and getting out into nature for camping and hiking.
You can expect a thoughtful, tailored session where we focus on what is really going on, not just what hurts. My goal is for you to leave feeling freer, more grounded, and more in sync with your body.
We’re proud of the outcomes our clients experience — reduced pain, improved movement, and a renewed sense of confidence in their bodies. Here’s what they have to say about working with Body Heal Therapy.

Every Body Heal session follows a clear, intentional process designed to help you move better and feel better — not just temporarily, but sustainably. While each therapist brings their own style and specialty, the foundation of care remains consistent across our team.
We begin by understanding your history, goals, daily demands, and current symptoms. Pain rarely exists in isolation — context matters.
Your therapist observes posture, movement patterns, and areas of restriction to understand how your body has adapted over time. This helps guide treatment decisions with precision.
Hands-on techniques are selected based on your specific needs that day. Sessions may include therapeutic massage, myofascial work, neuromuscular techniques, or movement-based integration.
For many clients, real change happens through thoughtful follow-up. We help you determine a plan that supports steady improvement without creating dependency.
Take the next step toward better movement and lasting relief. Book your session today and experience assessment-based care designed to help your body function the way it was meant to.
