I work with back pain, stubborn injuries, structural imbalances, and the kind of limitations that make you wonder if your body will ever feel normal again. I especially enjoy helping people avoid unnecessary surgery, return to the activities they love, and feel steady and capable in their bodies.
I combine a strong understanding of anatomy with an intuitive, compassionate style of care. I pay close attention to what your body is communicating and tailor each session so it feels both precise and supportive.
While serving in the U.S. Air Force as a Paramedic, I injured my back badly enough that I thought my military and college basketball days were over. I know what it’s like to dread standing up, to feel stuck in pain, and to wonder if this is just life now. Everything changed when I met a physical therapist and Rolf Method structural integrator who helped me get my life back. I was shocked at how effective the work was, and I knew I had to learn it. I was lucky enough to study with him and follow the path he laid out for me. Fast forward more than twenty-five years of clinical experience and continued education with osteopaths, Functional Manual Therapists, physical therapists, and respected Structural Integration educators. I’ve dedicated my life to this work because I never forgot what it felt like to get my body back.
My sessions may include structural integration, myofascial work, therapeutic massage, and movement informed support designed to create long term change.
I love watching people hit milestones they thought were gone for good. Walking without a cane. Getting back in the gym. Returning to sport. Avoiding surgery. Those moments never get old.
You can expect a focused, experienced session where we look at the bigger picture and work toward real change. I’ll do my very best to help you feel stronger, freer, and more confident in your body. I’m honored to be part of your care team and I look forward to meeting you.
Every Body Heal session follows a clear, intentional process designed to help you move better and feel better — not just temporarily, but sustainably. While each therapist brings their own style and specialty, the foundation of care remains consistent across our team.
We begin by understanding your history, goals, daily demands, and current symptoms. Pain rarely exists in isolation — context matters.
Your therapist observes posture, movement patterns, and areas of restriction to understand how your body has adapted over time. This helps guide treatment decisions with precision.
Hands-on techniques are selected based on your specific needs that day. Sessions may include therapeutic massage, myofascial work, neuromuscular techniques, or movement-based integration.
For many clients, real change happens through thoughtful follow-up. We help you determine a plan that supports steady improvement without creating dependency.
Take the next step toward better movement and lasting relief. Book your session today and experience assessment-based care designed to help your body function the way it was meant to.
