I work with stress related tension, injury recovery, sports related strain, and nervous system support. I enjoy helping clients who feel tight, fatigued, or disconnected from their bodies find ease again.
I believe the body has a powerful ability to heal when it feels supported. A big part of my work focuses on calming the nervous system and addressing the stress that can bind the body, both physically and emotionally. I aim to create sessions that help you feel safe, settled, and more at home in yourself.
I’m a Charlotte native and a 2023 graduate of the North Carolina School of Advanced Bodywork. I’ve always been fascinated by the human body and how it adapts to stress, injury, and everyday life. Early in my career, I worked in a sports clinic supporting lifestyle athletes with training, recovery, and injury prevention, as well as clients healing from traumatic injuries like car and motorcycle accidents. I’ve also spent time working in a spa setting, where I deepened my understanding of parasympathetic work and how important it is to slow the body down and support true rest and recovery.
My sessions may include therapeutic massage, nervous system focused work, recovery based techniques, and gentle approaches that encourage the body to let go of held tension.
I love helping clients feel freer in their bodies and giving them tools they can use to maintain balance beyond the session.
You can expect a calming, supportive session that goes beyond symptom relief. My hope is that you leave feeling more relaxed, more connected, and better equipped to care for your body.
Every Body Heal session follows a clear, intentional process designed to help you move better and feel better — not just temporarily, but sustainably. While each therapist brings their own style and specialty, the foundation of care remains consistent across our team.
We begin by understanding your history, goals, daily demands, and current symptoms. Pain rarely exists in isolation — context matters.
Your therapist observes posture, movement patterns, and areas of restriction to understand how your body has adapted over time. This helps guide treatment decisions with precision.
Hands-on techniques are selected based on your specific needs that day. Sessions may include therapeutic massage, myofascial work, neuromuscular techniques, or movement-based integration.
For many clients, real change happens through thoughtful follow-up. We help you determine a plan that supports steady improvement without creating dependency.
Take the next step toward better movement and lasting relief. Book your session today and experience assessment-based care designed to help your body function the way it was meant to.
