I work with chronic tightness, postural and structural imbalances, movement inefficiencies, and performance related issues. I especially enjoy helping people who feel like they’ve tried everything but still know something deeper is going on.
I look at the body as an integrated system, not a collection of isolated parts. When something feels off, it’s often because the body is compensating for deeper patterns. My work focuses on addressing those patterns at the root so change can last.
I’ve always been drawn to understanding how the body organizes itself through movement and tension. That curiosity led me to train at both the North Carolina School of Advanced Bodywork and the North Carolina School of Structural Integration here in Charlotte. Structural integration gave me the tools to see the body differently and work with it in a more complete way.
My sessions may include structural integration, deep tissue work, targeted myofascial release, and movement education to support change beyond the table.
