After more than thirteen years working as an acute care physical therapist, I saw how many people needed more than rehabilitation alone. They needed a space to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and release tension that traditional care couldn’t always reach. Bodywork became the missing piece.
My sessions may include therapeutic massage, clinical techniques, gentle mobility work, and nervous system support.
