I work with physical and mental tension, chronic discomfort, and clients who want a more thoughtful, whole body approach to feeling better. I’m especially interested in how structure, awareness, and stress patterns influence the way we move and feel.
I take a curious, personalized approach to care. I look at how soft tissue structure, posture, and the nervous system interact, and how both conscious and subconscious patterns show up in the body. My goal is to support both physical ease and mental clarity through attentive, intentional work.
My path into bodywork grew out of my own experience with pain and discomfort, and seeing the same challenges in people around me. I began searching for effective, meaningful solutions and was encouraged by a trusted friend and skilled bodyworker to explore massage therapy. Before bodywork, I worked in residential structural engineering, which gave me a strong appreciation for frameworks, balance, and how small shifts can create lasting change. Massage and structural integration felt like a natural extension of that way of thinking, applied to the human body. I trained at the North Carolina School of Advanced Bodywork and continued my education through the North Carolina School of Structural Integration. That training helped me better understand how hands on work can support both physical organization and awareness.
My sessions may include structural integration, therapeutic massage, myofascial work, and techniques guided by assessment, curiosity, and presence.
I’m deeply moved by the way bodywork can positively affect both the person giving and receiving the work. I love supporting clients as they build confidence and understanding in their own bodies.
You can expect a thoughtful, attentive session where we work together to explore what your body needs. My hope is that you leave feeling more supported, more aware, and more at ease in both body and mind.
We’re proud of the outcomes our clients experience — reduced pain, improved movement, and a renewed sense of confidence in their bodies. Here’s what they have to say about working with Body Heal Therapy.

Every Body Heal session follows a clear, intentional process designed to help you move better and feel better — not just temporarily, but sustainably. While each therapist brings their own style and specialty, the foundation of care remains consistent across our team.
We begin by understanding your history, goals, daily demands, and current symptoms. Pain rarely exists in isolation — context matters.
Your therapist observes posture, movement patterns, and areas of restriction to understand how your body has adapted over time. This helps guide treatment decisions with precision.
Hands-on techniques are selected based on your specific needs that day. Sessions may include therapeutic massage, myofascial work, neuromuscular techniques, or movement-based integration.
For many clients, real change happens through thoughtful follow-up. We help you determine a plan that supports steady improvement without creating dependency.
Take the next step toward better movement and lasting relief. Book your session today and experience assessment-based care designed to help your body function the way it was meant to.
