Before becoming a massage therapist, I spent nearly a decade working in the medical field in both front and back office roles. That experience gave me insight into how healthcare works, but it also showed me how often pain, stress, and discomfort can go unnoticed or misunderstood. Discovering bodywork felt like finding the place where my interests, empathy, and purpose all came together. It allowed me to support people in a more personal and meaningful way through hands on care.
My sessions may include therapeutic massage, tension release techniques, and calming work that helps regulate the nervous system and support the body’s natural healing process.
