My approach

I believe the body is always communicating with us. My work blends a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology with an intuitive, compassionate approach. I focus on listening to what your body is telling us and creating a session that supports both physical relief and nervous system relaxation.

How I came to this work

Before becoming a massage therapist, I spent nearly a decade working in the medical field in both front and back office roles. That experience gave me insight into how healthcare works, but it also showed me how often pain, stress, and discomfort can go unnoticed or misunderstood. Discovering bodywork felt like finding the place where my interests, empathy, and purpose all came together. It allowed me to support people in a more personal and meaningful way through hands on care.

My sessions may include therapeutic massage, tension release techniques, and calming work that helps regulate the nervous system and support the body’s natural healing process.

What I love most about my work

Having experienced chronic pain myself, I understand how deeply it can affect everyday life. I love being able to create a space where clients feel heard, supported, and able to begin letting go of the tension they’ve been carrying.
