I work with structural balance, movement patterns, chronic tension, and clients who want to feel more supported and efficient in their bodies. I especially enjoy working with people who are active and curious about long term health.
I take a structural, whole body approach to care. I understand that our bodies and needs are always changing, and I enjoy working side by side with clients as partners in the process. My goal is to help your body organize itself in a way that supports strength, ease, and resilience over time.
My own pursuit of optimal health led me here. I’ve spent years immersed in CrossFit, yoga, meditation, and holistic nutrition, which shaped how I understand the body as an integrated system. Structural integration gave me a deeper framework for seeing how posture, movement, and compensation patterns affect the way we feel and function. I trained at the North Carolina School of Advanced Bodywork and continue to build on my background in movement, mindfulness, and nutrition to support lasting change.
My sessions may include structural integration, myofascial release, movement informed bodywork, and techniques that support postural balance and alignment.
I love collaborating with clients and watching them gain awareness, confidence, and trust in their bodies as things begin to shift.
You can expect an intentional, supportive session that looks at the bigger picture. My hope is that you leave feeling more organized, more balanced, and better supported in reaching your goals.
We’re proud of the outcomes our clients experience — reduced pain, improved movement, and a renewed sense of confidence in their bodies. Here’s what they have to say about working with Body Heal Therapy.

Every Body Heal session follows a clear, intentional process designed to help you move better and feel better — not just temporarily, but sustainably. While each therapist brings their own style and specialty, the foundation of care remains consistent across our team.
We begin by understanding your history, goals, daily demands, and current symptoms. Pain rarely exists in isolation — context matters.
Your therapist observes posture, movement patterns, and areas of restriction to understand how your body has adapted over time. This helps guide treatment decisions with precision.
Hands-on techniques are selected based on your specific needs that day. Sessions may include therapeutic massage, myofascial work, neuromuscular techniques, or movement-based integration.
For many clients, real change happens through thoughtful follow-up. We help you determine a plan that supports steady improvement without creating dependency.
