About Zach Whiteman

Areas of focus

I work with chronic pain, postural tension, fatigue related patterns, and nervous system stress. I’m especially drawn to helping people who feel stuck or frustrated after trying everything else.

My approach

I don’t believe in chasing pain. I focus on understanding the bigger picture and addressing underlying patterns so real change can happen. Each session begins with thoughtful assessment and moves at a pace your body can trust.

How I came to this work

I came to bodywork through my own health journey. For years, I lived with fatigue, brain fog, pain, digestive issues, and anxiety, and I was often left without clear answers. Learning how different aspects of life affect the body changed everything for me and inspired me to help others find that same clarity.

Techniques I often use

My sessions often include myofascial release, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular techniques, and joint mobility work.

What I love most about my work

I love watching clients reconnect with their bodies and realize that feeling better is possible, even after years of discomfort.

What you can expect

You can expect a calm, attentive session that feels thorough and supportive. Many clients leave feeling clearer, more balanced, and hopeful about their healing process.

Thoughtful Care. Structured Progress. Lasting Change.

Every Body Heal session follows a clear, intentional process designed to help you move better and feel better — not just temporarily, but sustainably. While each therapist brings their own style and specialty, the foundation of care remains consistent across our team.

Conversation & Clarity

We begin by understanding your history, goals, daily demands, and current symptoms. Pain rarely exists in isolation — context matters.

Assessment

Your therapist observes posture, movement patterns, and areas of restriction to understand how your body has adapted over time. This helps guide treatment decisions with precision.

Targeted Bodywork

Hands-on techniques are selected based on your specific needs that day. Sessions may include therapeutic massage, myofascial work, neuromuscular techniques, or movement-based integration.

Progression

For many clients, real change happens through thoughtful follow-up. We help you determine a plan that supports steady improvement without creating dependency.
