I work with people dealing with pain, chronic tension, and feeling restricted in their body, whether from physically demanding work, training, or the stressors of daily life. They’re usually looking to move more freely, feel more comfortable day to day, and get back to doing the things they enjoy without constant tension or limitation.
My work is targeted, intentional, and intuitive. I’m not just working on symptoms of where it hurts, but looking at how everything is connected. I pay close attention to movement, range of motion, and how different areas may be contributing to what you’re feeling. I also like to work in a way that supports how your body moves, not just how it feels on the table.
Before bodywork, I spent 10+ years in corporate America working in accounting and IT. Long hours, constant pressure, and seeing the stress and pain in the people around me, along with dealing with my own chronic tension and emotional burnout, led me to start looking for better ways to take care of the body. Over time, that turned into a deeper interest in how the body holds onto stress and how to actually change it. That shift showed me that healing is a process, and having the right support along the way can make a big difference.
My sessions blend deep tissue, myofascial work, mobility-based techniques, and Eastern-influenced bodywork.
I enjoy helping people reconnect with their bodies and start to feel more at ease mentally and physically.
Sessions are both targeted and relaxing. I keep a calm pace, but the work is intentional. My hope is that you leave feeling lighter, more fluid, and more connected, with a better sense of how your body is moving and functioning throughout your journey.
We’re proud of the outcomes our clients experience — reduced pain, improved movement, and a renewed sense of confidence in their bodies. Here’s what they have to say about working with Body Heal Therapy.

Every Body Heal session follows a clear, intentional process designed to help you move better and feel better — not just temporarily, but sustainably. While each therapist brings their own style and specialty, the foundation of care remains consistent across our team.
We begin by understanding your history, goals, daily demands, and current symptoms. Pain rarely exists in isolation — context matters.
Your therapist observes posture, movement patterns, and areas of restriction to understand how your body has adapted over time. This helps guide treatment decisions with precision.
Hands-on techniques are selected based on your specific needs that day. Sessions may include therapeutic massage, myofascial work, neuromuscular techniques, or movement-based integration.
For many clients, real change happens through thoughtful follow-up. We help you determine a plan that supports steady improvement without creating dependency.
